Neil Chapman shares Blew House/Glossolaris: this presentation shows
writing in contemporary art to be a new interrogation of the image. It extends the writing procedure, making a practical argument against representation in the rehearsing of ideas.
Neil Chapman is an artist and writer. He is currently completing a research project at The University of Reading entitled Protowork of Art‟s Expanded Writing Practice, an exploration of writing in art and of the artist‟s use of philosophy as material. His recent publications include Glossolaris (London: AND Publications, 2010).
